Leaseholder: Only the reserving party will be considered the leaseholder. The leaseholder will be held responsible for the payment and responsibilities listed in the lodging/rental agreement.

Making a Reservation
Reservations require a one-third confirmation "Reservation Fee" to reserve the property. If your Check-In date is less than 45 days from the date you are making the reservation, full payment is required. A lodging agreement will be mailed to the guest upon receipt of the required fees. Guest must return a signed copy of the Agreement within ten days or owner reserves the right to cancel the agreement and re-rent the property.

Balance Due
The balance of rent is due 45 days prior to check-In date. Guest is also responsible for 6% State tax and 4.5% Ocean City tax. Personal checks are welcome and will be accepted up to 45 days prior to your arrival date. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. Owner reserves the right to automatically cancel reservation if payment is not received in full 45 days prior to the arrival date.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $300 is required for the reserved property. It is to insure compliance with the terms of the agreement. The security deposit amount will be shown on the lodging agreement and is due with the balance of the rent. The condition and content of the reserved property will be determined within 30 days of the check-out date and the security deposit will be returned to the guest less any costs for repairs, damages or excessive cleaning charges. Guest must report any problems or damages observed in the property to owner upon arrival to the rented premises.

Cancellations
A request to cancel a reservation must be submitted in writing, via email, fax or US Mail. Cancellations received 45 days prior to the Check-In date will be refunded the Reservation Fee less a $45.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 45 days to the Check-In date will forfeit all monies if the property is not re-rented for the full amount. If guest has not Checked-In within 24 hours of the Check-In date, owner may cancel the agreement and guest will forfeit all rental monies.
